2009 looks like it will hold some good times for AFO, a few more trips working together and bookings are already rolling in right throughout the year.

  Heading to Hervey Bay in Feb/March, Nat, Gavin Platz and myself will be down just a few weeks, I'm looking forward to having "The Pearl" on those flats of Hervey Bay in search of big tailing Golden Trevally.
Most of that is booked already with regular clients but there is a couple of spots available.

Australian Flyfishing Outfitters are also running a few Cape York mothership trips in the first half of 2009, we have some dates set and booking in each of those already.

Cape York dates;

April 4-10 Nat Bromhead, Ian Kucurs and myself guiding.

May 2-8 Justin Duggans trip, with Nat and myself.

May 23-29, 30-June 5. Gavin Platz, Nat Bromhead and myself will be guiding.

Hinchinbrook dates are filling well for next season, if you'd like some specific tides or dates email or call me I have been running through the tide book pencilling in specific tides for specific areas/species etc.

On the International scene, we have some deals gong for Cuba in the mid year, the boys in Florida still have some dates available, home of the monster Tarpon, and we have a new destination closer to home in the pipeline. We will be checking that out early in the year but all reports are very interesting.

The fishing has been great leading up to the northern wet season so we're looking forward to good year in 2009.

Best wishes for Xmas and hope to see you next year.
