After a hectic October summer has hit here in the north. Temps have risen, work slows as we get into big spring tides and heading towards family holiday times.
A dry spring has been great for all sorts of fishing with some crazy sessions over the last month. A day with Dave & Mike catching medium sized GT's until your fingers wore out. A couple of Japanese guys returned and left with fond memories of some busy Barramundi sessions, some cool sightfishing for them along with Triple Tails and more.

Mike with one of his better Barramundi out of a great afternoon session
Just before this fish Mike fed a huge Barramundi, the hook pulled but to see and cast to a Barra that could have been confused with a Groper was very cool.
Mike & Dave got some good Golden Trevally on the flats as well.

Dave's best at 95cm..tailing Golden shots are hard to beat. A missed bite off a Permit the same morning

Masa and Co accounted for just short of 100 Barras for the few days but this GT sightfished in 2ft of water will have been a highlight.
A new client Leigh turned up for a couple of days and the weather looked like being cloudy a great day on Barramundi the 1st day and a prized Permit for day 2..another Permit on and lost fighting and 2 missed bites but the prize was already taken.
